1 Willie Buckley appeals from the judgment of conviction entered against him and the order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. He argues on appeal that the circuit court erred when it denied his motion to withdraw his pleas. He argues that his pleas were involuntary and the result of ineffective assistance of counsel because he entered the plea believing he could preserve an issue for appeal. We conclude that the circuit court properly denied the motion for post-conviction relief and affirm the judgment and order.
